There is no reason why you cannot arrange a meeting online instead of spending the money required to travel to meeting in person. Not only will you save money on travel, you'll save valuable time as well, because you won't need to leave your desk. You will also likely reduce your carbon output, which may count towards tax savings, which is now becoming more prominent in business.

So make sure you look at every possibility and do it on a regular basis. That way you will find that your profits are as healthy as they can possibly be.
